Our pigs will be ready soon. The pigs mostly eat the cleanings that we clean out of our wheat after harvest and before the wheat is ready for sale.
The pork is $5.95 per pound, sold by the hanging weight and including basic processing. Smoking and sausage are extra.
The weight of the meat in your freezer will depend on the pig's anatomy and also the cuts of meat that you select.
We are asking for a deposit to reserve your pork. The actual cost of the pork will depend on his individual anatomy.
We can sell a pig by the whole or half.
This online listing is to reserve your pig. This is not the full cost of the pig. This deposit is non-refundable.
We will send an invoice for the balance. We ask that that balance be paid by cash, check, or Venmo. If a customer pays for the balance by credit card, we will add a 3% fee. The April Pigs will be going to Simla Frozen Foods and be vacuum packed. You can pick out your cuts through Simla's website. We include the cost of processing in our price, so you will not be charged by the butcher. We will pay the butcher directly. If a customer selects sausage or smoking, we will add those extra costs to the invoice. We can deliver to most areas of the Colorado Springs and metro Denver if you can be flexible on the date and time of delivery. The invoice balance is due by delivery.
