If you are unsure of where to begin, the Beginners sample is a good place to start. We include one 4 pound bag of each class of wheat berries- 4 pounds each of a Hard Red, a Hard White, a Soft White, and a Soft Red. We will choose the varieties. Customers often wish to try many of our varieties or wish to use different varieties for different recipes. We have arranged some sampler packages here so that you may try a few of our different varieties.
