TAM 105 is originally from Texas A&M University.
When Kevin was a child, his father grew TAM 107 almost exclusively. Kevin missed such a dark red wheat growing in his fields. It is very difficult to find older varieties of wheat. We found TAM 105 which looks almost identical to the TAM 107 that Kevin grew up with.
We hope that you will love TAM 105 which is a hard red winter wheat. It has great baking qualities for the home baker, especially in bread.
