One of Dad's steers is going to the butcher January 6th.  Despite the name of our farm, the steers never eat grain. We do not spray any of our land. They eat hay that we have raised ourselves. This steer hangs out with our "regular herd" and has not consumed grain. He hangs out with our herd on the same land. The steer is $7.95 per pound, sold by the hanging weight and including processing.  For a half, order two split halves. For a whole, order four split halves. We include the cost of processing in our price, so you will not be charged by the butcher. We will pay the butcher directly. We can deliver to most areas of the Colorado Springs and metro Denver if you can be flexible on the date and time of delivery.  The deposit is non-refundable. Please note that our regular butcher is unavailable and a different butcher will be processing him.
