Mediterranean Heirloom Wheat is a soft red winter wheat. Mediterranean was commonly grown about a hundred years ago, but is rare today. 

We are new to growing Mediterranean and are so excited to finally have a successful soft variety. Quantitites this harvest are limited. 
 
Mediterranean is $1.40 per pound.
